The ACConversionTM is a replacement for AC electronics (an analytical precision mapping system with 4 motion controllers that have a resolution of 1um). The DSRConversionTM is a replacement for DSR electronics (an analytical precision mapping system with 4 motion controllers that have a resolution of 1um). The IMAConversionTM is a replacement for IMA electronics (an analytical precision mapping system with 4 motion controllers that have a resolution of 1um). It is compatible with existing mapping software that work with the original BC3 and with LMT electronics. A real-time processor interacts with 5 AC10 controllers that connect with the drives and all other parts of the instrument.
The AC10 is a programmable controller capable of 30MIPS with a corresponding interrupt latency of 167ns. Parallel, RS232, CAN Bus, and quadrature encoder interfaces are available. Three (3) H-bridge amplifiers each provide up to 3A current at a maximum of 50V. All connections are available on a single 56pin ELCO/EDAC 516 Series connector.
The AC50 is a programmable controller capable of 2MIPS with a corresponding interrupt latency of 2.5us. Parallel and CAN Bus interfaces are available along with up to 64 I/O pins. All I/O pins are protected with TVS devices and available on 2 x 36 pin connectors.
The BCDK is a Digital Drive Revision Kit to be used with a BCConversionTM in any BC instrument. It includes motors and bearings for 4 drives.
The BCIK is a Digital Fluorescent Illumination Kit to be used with a BCConversionTM in any BC instrument. It includes potentiometers, bulbs, ballasts, and wiring for 2 picture illuminations.
The BCMK is a Digital Measuring Mark Kit to be used with a BCConversionTM in any BC instrument. It includes potentiometers, bulbs, and wiring for 4 measuring marks.
The BC1A is an adapter cable to connect a BCConversionTM to the original connectors of a BC1 or BC2 instrument.
The BC3A is an adapter cable to connect a BCConversionTM to the original connectors of a BC3 instrument.
