The most popular ACConversion, BCConversion, DSRConversion, IMAConversion and P1Conversion are available in different enclosures. They can replace electronics of any analytical precision mapping system with 4 motion controllers that commonly have a resolution of 1um. The adaptations that we have fully tested and that are currently used in production environments are in Wild BC1, Wild BC2, Leica BC3, Kern DSR and Zeiss P1 instruments. The software is compatible with existing mapping software that work with the original BC3 and the newer Leica Mapping Terminal (LMT) electronics. A real-time processor interacts with at least 5 AC10 controllers that connect with the drives and all other parts of the plotters.

The AC10 is a programmable controller capable of 30MIPS with a corresponding interrupt latency of 167ns. Parallel, RS232, CAN Bus and quadrature encoder interfaces are available. Three (3) H-bridge amplifiers each provide up to 3A current at a maximum of 50V. All connections are available on a single 56pin ELCO/EDAC 516 Series connector.

The AC50 is a programmable controller capable of 2MIPS with a corresponding interrupt latency of 2.5us. Parallel and CAN Bus interfaces are available along with up to 64 I/O pins. All I/O pins are protected with TVS devices and available on 2 x 36 pin connectors.



The BCMK is a Digital Measuring Mark Kit that can be used in any Wild BC1, Wild BC2 or Leica BC3 instrument.

The BCIK is a Digital Illumination Kit that can be used in any Wild BC1, Wild BC2 or Leica BC3 instrument that has a Digital Measuring Mark Kit BCMK installed.
